2008 has been a year of tests, trials and triumphs.  As Children of God I would like to remind you that God has not forgotten about you.  He is still standing in your corner and cheering you on (and in a lot of cases He is carrying you through).  Saints all across this world are pressing their way through 2008.   Be encouraged because you are not alone.  The "joy of the Lord is your strength."  It is that "joy" that will get you through these times of testing.  God has not said NO, He has simply said "WAIT ON HIM."  We as God's children must be reminded that the God we serve, sits outside of time and He is not held to the requirements of our natural timing nor our imposed timing.  Always remember that you serve a God that has the ability to speed up time, suspend time and/or redeem time.  It is not too late, if you continue to live in God's perfect will, in His timing you will receive everything He has promised you.

4 things to consider when waiting on the Lord

1.  God stands and operates Outside of time

2.  A Day is as a Thousand Years and A Thousand Years as one day (2 Peter 3:8)

3.  God is the Redeemer of time (Ephesians 5:16 & Colossians 4:5)

4.  Wait on Him, Becuase He who Promised is Faithful (Hebrews 10:23 & Hebrews 11:11)
